Purpose Of Emergency Contact Form:
The County would like to ensure we have up-to-date contact information that will enable us to contact you in the event of an emergency (i.e. flooding, wild fires). We would also like to ensure we have an up-to-date account of the usual number of residents in each household so emergency crews are able to determine the number of souls at risk on arrival.
Please follow these steps to submit a completed form using one of two Emergency Contact Form options below;

2. Complete the form and email it to gistech at vulcancounty.ab.ca. You may also print the form, complete it and deliver it to the Vulcan County Administration Building attention GIS Technician.
